Account & Registration Obligations

All users have to register and login for placing orders on the site. You have to keep your account and registration details current and correct for communications related to your purchases from the site. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, the user agrees to receive promotional communication and newsletters upon registration.


All the products listed on the site will be sold at the prices mentioned. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of the delivery. Although prices of most of the products do not fluctuate on a daily basis but some of the commodities and fresh food prices do change on a daily basis.

Cancellation by Site / Customer

You as a customer can cancel your order anytime upto 30 minutes from the My Orders section. In such a case, we will refund any payments already made by you for the order after deducting cancellation fee (if applicable). If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion can cancel such orders.


We have built in relevant security systems on the website based on the prevalent industry standards. Out payment systems are managed by third party payment gateways (CC Avenues), which are a reputed and renowned manager of payment gateways with the relevant security checks built-in. In a card transaction, you must use your own credit card or debit card or other payment cards. We will not be liable for any payment fraud due to use of your card by any other person, whether known or unknown to you. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on the user.
